Children's Minister

Hello!  My name is Rebekah Rains.  You can call me Rebekah, Bekah, or Bek, BUT I have never been a Becky.  

I have been involved in Full Time Ministry since 2005, after graduating from Ouachita Baptist University with a degree in Biblical Theology.  During this time I have been blessed to work with both churches and para-church organizations, kids, youth and college.  I came to FBC Tyler to be the Minister to Children and have found a great family and friends that spurs me on in my faith.

If you spend much time with me you will probably find out about my favorite movies: Return to Me and Peter Pan (the 1954 version with Mary Martin).  I know you now think I am crazy, but don’t make fun of them until you see them.  They are funny, have a little music in them, and make you smile.
