Missions
OUR MISSION
Our mission is to mobilize believers to share the Gospel of Christ through establishing missions and ministries across various frontiers.
The FBC South Campus Mission Committee exists to empower each member of the church to expand the word and bear witness to Jesus Christ by sponsoring or participating in projects for those in need in the community, the state, and the world.
We were able to fulfill our vision last year by donating to 13 projects which included our community, state, and foreign countries. We are very pleased to mention that of the 13 allocations, members of our church were directly involved in 12 of those. We are proud of the "hands on approach" and move to 2012 with a renewed interest in making donations on a personal level. It is most gratifying to receive thank you notes and hear stories of the positive influence our church has made in peoples lives!
OUR GOAL
Our Goal is to have every member of First Baptist Church actively involved in one or more mission endeavors.
