Day 6
Not much to tell you today except we had a great time. We started with the National WWII Museum, which, by the way, is a must see if you are ever in New Orleans. We were all once again reminded of how amazing the folks were during this time in our history! A collective thank you to you all!!!
After that we toured the French Quarter, being careful to stay in areas that were appropriate for us all. It was really hot and muggy, but that didn't deter us much.
The highlight of the day was the Jazz Cruise and dinner aboard the Steamboat Natchez. The world famous Dukes of Dixieland were playing, which was quite a treat for this trombone player! Dinner was great too.
Now we are resting and getting ready for another playday tomorrow!
